Hard to hold back, flighty, alighting where it will; it’s good to tame the mind; a tamed mind leads to bliss.
捉えがたく、軽々と飛び回り、気の向くままに止まる——
心(こころ)を調御(ちょうご)することは、まことに善きことなり。
調御された心は、安楽(あんらく)へと導く。
