中部経典（MN114 §10.13–10.4）
It’s when someone has such a view: ‘There is meaning in giving, sacrifice, and offerings. There are fruits and results of good and bad deeds. There is an afterlife. There are such things as mother and father, and beings that are reborn spontaneously. And there are ascetics and brahmins who are rightly comported and rightly practiced, and who describe the afterlife after realizing it with their own insight.’ That acquisition of views causes unskillful qualities to decline while skillful qualities
ここに、ある者がかくのごとき見解（ディッティ）を抱いているとする。「布施（ダーナ）には意義があり、供養には意義があり、献供には意義がある。善き行いと悪しき行いの業（カンマ）には、それぞれ果報（ヴィパーカ）がある。この世はあり、来世もある。母というものがあり、父というものがある。化生（オパパーティカ）の衆生もある。そしてこの世においては、正しく身を処し正しく修行を積んだ沙門（サマナ）・婆羅門（バラモン）たちがおり、彼らは自らの智慧（パンニャー）によってこの世と来世を知り、それを説き示している」と。——かくのごとき見解を得て、これを奉じる者においては、不善（アクサラ）の諸法は衰退し、善（クサラ）の諸法は増大してゆくのである。
