Then an elephant marshal chief went up to the Buddha … “From this day forth, may the Buddha remember me as a lay follower who has gone for refuge for life.”
その時、一人の象軍の長が世尊のもとへと参り……「今日よりこのかた、世尊には私を、生涯にわたって三帰依を奉じた在家信者として、お心に留めおきくださいますよう。」
