Yāya devā manussā ca, sitā tiṭṭhanti atthikā; Tarathetaṁ visattikaṁ, khaṇo vo mā upaccagā; Khaṇātītā hi socanti, nirayamhi samappitā. Pamādo rajo pamādo, Pamādānupatito rajo; Appamādena vijjāya, Abbahe sallamattanoti. Uṭṭhānasuttaṁ dasamaṁ.

Yeneva bāloti paraṁ dahāti, Tenātumānaṁ kusaloti cāha; Sayamattanā so kusalāvadāno, Aññaṁ vimāneti tadeva pāva.
