Handa ne vuṭṭhāpessāmā”ti. Ekacce evamāhaṁsu— “āgamethāvuso, yāva paṭisaṅkharonti, paṭisaṅkhate vuṭṭhāpessāmā”ti. Atha kho chabbaggiyā bhikkhū sattarasavaggiye bhikkhū etadavocuṁ— “uṭṭhethāvuso, amhākaṁ vihāro pāpuṇātī”ti. “Nanu, āvuso, paṭikacceva ācikkhitabbaṁ? Mayañcaññaṁ paṭisaṅkhareyyāmā”ti. “Nanu, āvuso, saṅghiko vihāro”ti? “Āmāvuso, saṅghiko vihāro”ti. “Uṭṭhethāvuso, amhākaṁ vihāro pāpuṇātī”ti.

We would have repaired another one.” “Doesn’t this dwelling belong to the Sangha?” “Yes it does.” “Well then, leave. This dwelling is ours.”
