Tattha katamaṁ vivādādhikaraṇaṁ abyākataṁ? Idha pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhū abyākatacittā vivadanti— dhammoti vā adhammoti vā …pe… duṭṭhullā āpattīti vā aduṭṭhullā āpattīti vā. Yaṁ tattha bhaṇḍanaṁ kalaho viggaho vivādo nānāvādo aññathāvādo vipaccatāya vohāro medhagaṁ— idaṁ vuccati vivādādhikaraṇaṁ abyākataṁ. Anuvādādhikaraṇaṁ kusalaṁ, akusalaṁ, abyākataṁ. Anuvādādhikaraṇaṁ siyā kusalaṁ, siyā akusalaṁ, siyā abyākataṁ. Tattha katamaṁ anuvādādhikaraṇaṁ kusalaṁ?
