‘āgacchantu ayyā, imaṁ suttantaṁ pariyāpuṇissanti, purāyaṁ suttanto palujjatī’ti. Aññataraṁ vā panassā kiccaṁ hoti karaṇīyaṁ vā, sā ce bhikkhūnaṁ santike dūtaṁ pahiṇeyya— ‘āgacchantu ayyā, icchāmi dānañca dātuṁ, dhammañca sotuṁ, bhikkhū ca passitun’ti, gantabbaṁ, bhikkhave, sattāhakaraṇīyena, pahite, na tveva appahite. Sattāhaṁ sannivatto kātabbo.
