‘kathaṁvihitakaṁ pana tumhe āyasmanto adhiccasamuppannaṁ ācariyakaṁ aggaññaṁ paññapethā’ti? Te mayā puṭṭhā na sampāyanti, asampāyantā mamaññeva paṭipucchanti. Tesāhaṁ puṭṭho byākaromi: ‘Santāvuso, asaññasattā nāma devā. Evaṁvādiṁ kho maṁ, bhaggava, evamakkhāyiṁ eke samaṇabrāhmaṇā asatā tucchā musā abhūtena abbhācikkhanti: Evaṁpasanno ahaṁ, bhante, bhagavati.
