これが第二の勝処（abhibhāyatana）である。内に形（rūpa）の想（saññā）なき者が、外に限られた形を見る。それらは美しくもあり醜くもある。それらを制圧して、「我は知り、我は見る」と、かく想う。
これが第三の勝処である。内に形の想なき者が、外に無量の形を見る。それらは美しくもあり醜くもある。それらを制圧して、「我は知り、我は見る」と、かく想う。
