未来はいまだ来たらず。
現に存する諸法（ダンマ）を、
そのたびごとに明らかに見よ（ヴィパッサナー）。
揺るがず、動ぜざるもの——
それを知りて、よく修め養うべし。
今日こそ、まさに熱心に務めを果たすべき日。
——では、比丘（びく）よ、いかにして過去へと立ち返るのか……
