Those choices and meditations of theirs, developed and cultivated like this, lead to rebirth there. This is the path and the practice that leads to rebirth there. このような形で修められ、繰り返し実践されたその（サンカーラ）行と（ヴィハーラ）禅定は、かの世界への再生へと導くのである。比丘たちよ、これがかの世界への再生へと導く道（マッガ）であり、実践（パティパダー）である。
その者はかつてこう聞いたことがある。「一万世界の梵天（ブラフマー）は、長命にして、美しく、限りなき幸福に満ちている」と。
比丘たちよ、一万世界の梵天は、一万の世界領域（ローカダートゥ）に遍く意識を広げ（ファリトヴァー）、そこに安住する。また、そこに生まれたる衆生（サッタ）たちにも、あまねく意識を満たして安住するのである。
比丘たちよ、たとえばここに、自然の光沢をそなえ、八面によく磨かれた瑠璃の宝珠（ヴェールリヤ）があるとしよう。それを淡黄色の絹布の上に置くならば、輝き、照り映え、光を放って……
