「一つの世界（ローカダートゥ）において、ただ一人の転輪聖王（チャッカヴァッティ）のみが出現し得る」と、かく了知する。
「女人が阿羅漢（アラハン）にして正等覚者（サンマーサンブッダ）たることは、あり得ず、そのような道理は存在しない」と了知し、「男子が阿羅漢にして正等覚者たることは、あり得る、そのような道理は存在する」と、かく了知する。
「女人が転輪聖王たることは、あり得ず、そのような道理は存在しない」と了知し、「男子が転輪聖王たることは、あり得る、そのような道理は存在する」と、かく了知する。
「女人が帝釈天（サッカ）の役割を果たすことも、魔王（マーラ）たることも、梵天（ブラフマー）たることも、あり得ず、そのような道理は存在しない」と、かく了知する。
