Evaṁ kho, ānanda, sativinayo hoti, evañca panidhekaccānaṁ adhikaraṇānaṁ vūpasamo hoti yadidaṁ— sativinayena. Kathañcānanda, amūḷhavinayo hoti? Tena me ummattakena bahuṁ assāmaṇakaṁ ajjhāciṇṇaṁ bhāsitaparikkantaṁ. Nāhaṁ taṁ sarāmi. Mūḷhena me etaṁ katan’ti. Tassa kho, ānanda, bhikkhuno amūḷhavinayo dātabbo.
