In the same way, not perceiving form internally, someone sees forms externally that are white, with white color and white appearance. Mastering them, they perceive: ‘I know and see.’ This is the eighth dimension of mastery. And many of my disciples meditate on that having attained perfection and consummation of insight. 同じように、内に形（ルーパ）の想（サンニャー）なき者が、外に白く、白き色をもち、白き姿をもち、白き光をもつ諸々の形を見る。「それらを制して、我は知り、見る」と、かくのごとく想う。これが第八の勝処（アビバーヤタナ）である。
また、そこにおいて、我が多くの弟子たちが、神通（アビンニャー）を究め、完成と極致に達して住している。
これが第一の勝処である。内に形の想ある者が、外に無量なる、美醜いずれをも具えた諸々の形を見る。「それらを制して、我は知り、見る」と、かくのごとく想う。これが第二の勝処である。内に形の想なき者が、外に諸々の形を見る……
