‘ayaṁ kho, āvuso, bhikkhu saddhāmattakena vahati pemamattakena. Sace mayaṁ imaṁ bhikkhuṁ pasayha pasayha kāraṇaṁ karissāma— mā yampissa taṁ saddhāmattakaṁ pemamattakaṁ tamhāpi parihāyī’ti. Ayaṁ kho, bhaddāli, hetu ayaṁ paccayo yena midhekaccaṁ bhikkhuṁ pasayha pasayha kāraṇaṁ karonti.
