Evaṁ me sutaṁ— ekaṁ samayaṁ bhagavā vesāliyaṁ viharati veḷuvagāmake. Tatra kho bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi: “etha tumhe, bhikkhave, samantā vesāliyā yathāmittaṁ yathāsandiṭṭhaṁ yathāsambhattaṁ vassaṁ upetha.
