「比丘たちよ、色（しき）はまことに無常なるものである。比丘がそれを無常と見る、これが正見（しょうけん）である。法（ほう）はまことに無常なるものである。比丘がそれを無常と見る、これが正見である。正しく見ることによって、厭離（えんり）の心が生ずる。喜楽（きらく）が尽きれば、貪（とん）が尽きる。貪が尽きれば、喜楽が尽きる。喜楽と貪がともに尽き滅するとき、心はよく解脱（げだつ）せりと説かれるのである。」正しく見ることによって、厭離の心が生ずる。喜楽が尽きれば、貪が尽きる。貪が尽きれば、喜楽が尽きる。
