Sāvatthinidānaṁ. “Yo kho, bhikkhave, cakkhuviññāṇassa uppādo ṭhiti …pe… yo manoviññāṇassa uppādo ṭhiti …pe… jarāmaraṇassa pātubhāvo. Yo ca kho, bhikkhave, cakkhuviññāṇassa nirodho …pe… yo manoviññāṇassa nirodho …pe… jarāmaraṇassa atthaṅgamo”ti.
At Sāvatthī. “Mendicants, the arising of eye consciousness … mind consciousness … is the manifestation of old age and death. The cessation of eye consciousness … mind consciousness … is the disappearance of old age and death.”
舎衛城にて。「比丘たちよ、眼識の……意識の……生起とは、老死の顕現に他ならない。眼識の……意識の……滅尽とは、老死の消滅に他ならない。」
