比丘は、諍事とは何かを知る。比丘は、諍事がいかにして生起するかを知る。比丘は、諍事がいかにして滅するかを知る。比丘は、諍事の滅に至る実践の道を知る。比丘はこれら十の資質を具えてこそ、羯磨を司る者と認められるのである。
