for emptiness is the meditation of a great man.” “In the past, too, when I was a householder, I habitually practiced emptiness, and now it’s my main meditation. Besides, I attained perfection long ago.” At that moment the conversation between the senior monks was interrupted because Sambhūta Sāṇavāsī arrived.
