ダンマパダ 第26章 婆羅門品（偈423）
One who knows their past lives, sees heaven and places of loss, and has attained the end of rebirth; a sage of perfect insight at the summit of spiritual perfection: that’s who I declare a brahmin. The Sayings of the Dhamma are completed.
過去世を知り、天界と堕処を見通し、生の輪廻の終焉に達した者、——洞察完全なる牟尼にして、霊的完成の極みに立つ者、——かかる者こそ、我は婆羅門と宣べ伝えん。
法句経、ここに円満す。
