The astute would avoid being corrupted by first grounding themselves in what is suitable, and then instructing others.
まず己自身を適切な道に確立し、然る後に他者を導く。
かかる明敏なる者(もの)は、みずからが堕落(だらく)に染まることを免れるであろう。
